Deal Workflow is an award-winning real estate CRM app. It is an essential toolkit for real estate agent, broker, dealer, consultants who want a professional, easy to use and secure CRM to manage leads, clients, properties, also keeping track of their business performance.
Challenges We Faced
When building the Deal Workflow Real Estate, there were several challenges to overcome.
Making a CRM for Real Estate
Most CRMs were too general. Real estate has specific needs, like showing properties, signing agreements, and dealing with multiple parties at once.
Repeating the Same Tasks
Zain & Pedro spent hours sending emails, setting up meetings, and creating contracts.
Keeping Data Safe
They were worried about their clients’ private information being stolen or lost.
Connecting All Their Tools
Pedro & Zain Alam used many tools, like property listing sites, email, and phones, but these didn’t work well together

They didn’t want a complicated system that needed training to understand.

When building the Deal Workflow Real Estate, there were several challenges to overcome.
Making a CRM for Real Estate
We designed a pipeline that broke their deals into steps like finding leads, matching properties, setting up viewings, negotiating, and closing deals. Craig and Emily helped us decide how each step should work so it matched their daily routine.
Repeating the Same Tasks
We set up automations to handle these tasks for them. For example: Emails for property viewings and follow-ups were sent automatically. Contracts were created with templates and signed digitally using DocuSign.
Keeping Data Safe
We hosted the app on AWS, which is very secure. We also added features like password protection and two-step login to make sure everything was safe and only they could access the data.
Connecting All Their Tools
We connected their CRM to property listing services using APIs. This way, their listings updated automatically. We also linked the CRM to their email and phone systems, so they could handle all their communication in one place.
Keeping It Easy to Use
We built a simple design with clear buttons and instructions. We added short guides inside the app so they could quickly learn how to use it.
